First hour will be charged at full hourly rate £30/hr. Additional hours will be charged in 30 minute increments, so up to 30 minutes over the initial hour will only cost an additional £15 instead of the full hourly rate and so on.
First hour will be charges in full once we arrive. It is customer’s responsibility to inform us about the cancellation or re-scheduling prior to our arrival.
Any costs for replacement parts whether for upgrade or repair must be made in full before parts will be ordered. You can alternatively order the parts through a relevant account if you have it and you can contact us when it arrives.
Should we discover any viruses, we’ll try to set things up so we can leave while the computer does some work and visit again to finish, this return visit will not incur the initial fee again. It will begin with the additional hourly rate following the process above

All money owed must be paid in full at the end of each visit, irrespective of whether a return visit is required.
We will inspect computer on arrival and any previous damage will be reported to the owner.
Hardware sold by us will be under manufacturer warranty only.
Software price will be charged at best retail price available at the time of installation.
We do not repair individual hardware components. It is cost and time prohibitive to repair PC components. As such we only replace either like for like (depending on availability) or upgrade. Cost of this will be discussed with the customer before part is ordered.
We always prefer cash or bank transfer. 3% surcharge will be added to any card payments. We only accept cheque payments from business clients.
